You can contact me around the clock by e-mail or SMS. You can call me every day (including Sundays and public holidays) between 9 am and 7 pm. If I don’t pick up the phone when you call, it’s because I can’t be on the phone without being disturbed. I will call you back as soon as I can in a quiet atmosphere. Please make sure that your telephone number is included. I cannot answer anonymous calls. SMS and e-mails will always be answered as quickly as possible. 

However, I always prefer to be contacted by telephone because experience has shown that a personal conversation helps people to get to know each other more quickly and to understand what the other person wants to say more quickly by asking specific questions. E-mails leave too much room for interpretation due to the written word and can often lead to misunderstandings, which is of no benefit to either party …

And one more hint: I leave it up to you whether you prefer to communicate with the surname or the first name, so please write or call me Mr. Knopf or simply Peter right from the start. Both variants are ok for me. You decide which is more “right” for you …
